GENERAL INFORMATION

• Customer / Shipper Will approach at Designated TCS Express Centre to submit/Book their Documents for attestation from MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

• Booking will be done through RMS (Retail Management System)

• Only original documents can be booked for MOFA attestation (MOFA can’t attest photocopy of any document instead of passport copy).

• Only the applicant or the blood relatives of the applicant can book the documents for MOFA attestation.

• Detailed list of all the documents handed over by the customer will be entered in the system (Content’s Column) at the time of booking.

• Booking will be done in Mehfooz Express.

• TCS Staff must ensure safe and sound handling at each & every stage while booking these sensitive shipments.

• Below items are not allowed for MOFA attestation:

1. Power of attorney (any type)

2. Affidavit of any type

3. Domicile /CNIC

4. Original Passport

PREREQUISITES

• Issues, if any, will be taken-up by concerned Project Incharge for immediate resolution.

• Plastic coated, laminated, stapled, torn documents will not be accepted for booking and in case documents are received in plastic coating, lamination, the shipper will be requested to expose the documents from the plastic coatings him/herself. If the shipper does not agree to remove the plastic covering, then the booking staff will politely decline booking the shipment.

MOFA stands for Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In order to get attestation of educational or non-educational documents/degree from embassy whether its Saudi Embassy or UAE Embassy, you need to get your documents/degree attested from Ministry of Foreign Affair (MOFA ATTESTATION) office otherwise embassies do not accept the documents until it’s not validated by MOFA. There are different type of documents mentioned below on which MOFA ATTESTATION is required.
